General terms and conditions.

1. Conclusion of the contract:

The contract is concluded as soon as the room has been booked and confirmed or, if a written confirmation is no longer possible for time reasons, has been booked.

2. Moving in and returning the rooms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, it is not possible to move into the room before 4 pm on the day of arrival. The room must be vacated no later than 11 am on the day of departure.

3. Payment and price

3.1 The stay must be paid for on arrival unless otherwise agreed before the stay.

3.2 The prices include service charges and VAT

3.3 The agreed prices are binding for both parties, however, Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to change the prices due to changes in costs due to increased taxes and duties or other circumstances beyond Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast's control.

3.3 It is not possible to get a refund for services paid for but not used.

3.4 Foreign transfers shall always be free of charge for Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast.

3.5 Payment can be made either in cash or by credit card.

4. Cancellations

A free cancellation of the stay is only possible if the room is cancelled 24 hours before the arrival date (except for special rules).

5. Left behind items

Items left by the guest will only be returned at the guest's request and at their expense. Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast stores the items for 6 months, after which they will be handed over to the local lost and found office if they have an apparent value.

6. Liability in case of damage

The guest or the person responsible for the reservation is responsible for property damage caused by negligent or irresponsible behavior on the part of the guest. We remind you that all rooms and properties at Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast are non-smoking. In case of violation of this rule, Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast will request compensation for additional cleaning of the room. This compensation is set at 1500 DKK and will be charged to the guest designated as responsible for the reservation.

7. Dogs

7.1 Dogs are only allowed by prior agreement with Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast and only against payment.

7.2 Dogs are only allowed in our Anemone, Begonia apartments and our Clematis house.

7.3 Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast also reserves the right to revoke permission to bring dogs with immediate effect if there is nuisance, disruption of house rules and damage to the house's furnishings. Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast also reserves the right to charge a deposit for any damages.

8. Force majeure

Events beyond the control of the contracting parties - such as strikes, lockouts, fires, etc. - and which make it impossible to fulfill the obligations under this contract, entitle the contracting parties to terminate this contract without liability.

9. General

9.1 The guest agrees that the information in the registration form and the statistical values ​​of the guest's stay will be stored by the hotel in electronic data processing in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act.

9.2 By making a reservation, the guest accepts the general terms and conditions.

9.3 All disputes between the contracting parties (guest and Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast) are subject to Danish law. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the place of jurisdiction at the registered office of Pederstrup Bed and Breakfast is responsible, unless the consumer agreement is subject to other mandatory provisions.
